> We have been looking after Masterton tamariki since 2016, in a rambling old villa with a big backyard and a vege patch that mostly grows silverbeet. Our team is small and stays a long time, which the kids seem to like.

Based in 14 Chapel Street, Lansdowne, Masterton.

### Under two

- **Under 2 | Pēpi room** — $395. Full days, five days a week, includes morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea

### Two years

- **2 years | Kōwhai room** — $340. Full days, before 20 Hours ECE applies

### Three, four and five years

- **3-5 years | Tui room** — $185. After the 20 free hours are applied, for the remaining booked hours

## How it works

- **8am** Arrival and free play
- **9am** Morning circle and mat time
- **9:30am** Morning tea
- **10am** Outdoor play and vege garden jobs
- **11:30am** Lunch
- **12:15pm** Rest and quiet time for younger children
- **1:30pm** Art, blocks and small group activities
- **2:30pm** Afternoon tea
- **3pm** Outdoor play until pick up
- **5pm** Centre closes

## Licences and memberships

- **Fully qualified teachers** All lead teachers hold a current practising certificate
- **Long service** Most of our staff have been with us more than five years
- **First aid** All staff hold current paediatric first aid certificates

## About

Lansdowne Little Learners is owned and run locally, not part of a chain. We keep our roll small on purpose so teachers can get to know every family, and we have kept the same cook, Marion, since we opened.
